This policy describes what ESSENTIAL FORMULAS INCORPORATED (EIN 75-2855803), trading as ESSENTIAL FORMULAS, does with personal information given to essentialvitahealth.com or to its text programme: what is collected, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

Three kinds of information, and no more than each purpose needs:

• What you tell us: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and a mobile number if you ask for texts.
• What the visit records: IP address, browser, the pages opened and when, gathered through cookies and similar technology.
• What the device reports: device identifiers and mobile network information, used to render the site properly.

Text messaging

Opting in with your mobile number is consent for ESSENTIAL FORMULAS to send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Neither the opt-in data nor the consent behind it is ever sold, rented or disclosed to anybody, and both are excluded from all other categories of data sharing named in this policy.

What it is used for

Each purpose is listed because information collected for one is not quietly reused for another.

• Filling the order you placed and sending what you asked to receive.
• Emailing confirmations, despatch notices and tracking.
• Sending promotional messages, but only where you consented to them.
• Finding and fixing what is wrong with the site.
• Answering your questions and meeting obligations the law imposes.

Tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and traffic analysis. They can be managed or removed entirely through your browser, and the site remains usable if you do.

Who else sees it

Your personal information is not for sale, at any price, to anybody. It is shared with the service providers who make the transaction work, namely payment, shipping, the SMS platform and analytics; where the law compels disclosure; and on a transfer of the business. SMS opt-in data is excluded from all three, as set out above.

Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people who need it and transmission is encrypted. That said, no system carried over the public internet is perfectly secure, and any company claiming otherwise is overstating its case.

Minors

This site is intended for adults. We neither direct our services at anyone under 18 nor knowingly collect their personal information, and anything received in error is removed on notice.

Amendments are published on this page and carry a revised date. There is no other version in circulation, and the one here is always current.
